After the reunion we headed down to Provo to go to the BYU vs. UCONN game. We were a little bit late but we made it! We headed up to our seats and I look up and here comes Josh! I was shocked that we even saw him! So then we kept walking up to our seats and our seats were RIGHT behind them! They were in row 27 seats 1-3 and we were row 28 seats 1-2.
My Uncle Jack was there too so it was a really good surprise to see all of them! The first half was a little rough but it ended up being a beautiful night with only a little bit of rain. At halftime we got the mandatory cougar tail.
Let's just say I ate more than I should have and Garrett still had to eat most of it! But it was worth the $5.
The second half was better than the first and then ended up pulling it out! It was a fun game! Thank you to Uncle Jack for making me laugh for this picture!
We stayed at my Aunt Rona and Uncle Willie's on Friday night and got up Saturday morning and played with Lincoln! He has gotten so big and is so fun and sweet! We chatted with Rona and Alex and stared at Lincoln all morning! He was in a hyper mood and was cracking us up!
We watched the morning session with Rona and Garrett had his first hot chocolate! If he wasn't staring at his hot chocolate he was rubbing my feet! I'd say that's conference done right!
After conference we went to see Garth, Bryan and Justin! It was SO fun to see them again! They are so dang funny! You could say Bryan and Justin didn't want us to leave due to their yelling down to us as we were pulling away! Garrett and Garth took off ahead of me to go to Mulligan's to hit a bucket of balls with Will and Olivia Gochnour! I was right behind them, but I stopped to get gas first!
We hit a bucket of balls and messed around quite a bit and had a good time! Then afterwards, Garth headed back, and we headed to Salt Lake and had lunch with Bryson and his wife, and Will and Olivia at a Greek restaurant!
After that we headed back to Rexburg, we lacked with the picture taking this weekend but had a fun quick trip! Today we are being lazy in bed watching conference! In between sessions we made pancakes! Raspberries in mine and chocolate chips in his!
We laid in bed all day and were in our pajamas until 5! Then we had Graham and Elle over for some Apple Crisp! We had the best conference Sunday just hanging around listening to the Prophet's and Apostles.
*Garrett loves to show his nephews all the leaves, and they actually enjoy it!*
We love having them so close!
On a side note-- Garrett had his first flag football game this week and had quite the fan club. Jon, Katrina, Elle, and Graham all came!
